QUALITY & CLAIMS
- Our suppliers produce the products we carry to their published specifications at the time of purchase. Colour variations and shade range are inherent in concrete products due to the variation of cement, aggregates, and other variables in the manufacturing process. No claims will be allowed for these variations. Samples are only provided to establish colour range, size, and texture. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and approve or disapprove product prior to installation. If the product is deemed unsatisfactory, our supplier or manufacturer must be notified immediately. Our supplier Company’s liability for defective product shall be limited to replacing the defective material after an inspection and approval by their Company representative.
- Efflorescence may occur during the curing process, appearing as a white haze on the surface of the concrete pavers or slabs. It will usually wash or wear off over time and it is recommended that you let this natural process occur. However, if you wish to expedite this process the efflorescence can be removed by cleaners specifically developed for the cleaning of concrete pavers and slabs.
